Knowledgable, Communicative, and Supportive
Debbie recently helped us with the purchase of a home in the area. She was incredibly supportive throughout the process. She made what could have been daunting and overwhelming feel incredibly accessible. She was super responsive regardless of day or time. One of the things we appreciated most was her willingness to talk us through everything, providing a lot of context and details to ensure that we really understood our various options and the impacts of different decisions. She does not default to assuming that you know something, but rather inquires along the way to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. Debbie made the experience pleasant, but also the end result was a deal structure that we felt extremely comfortable and confident in, which was invaluable. I have known Debbie for a number of years. She not only knows the mortgage lending business through and through she also has a strong commitment to giving back to the community. She supports a number of charitable organizations and she is always looking for ways to help others. Overall, Debbie Nazario is a great option for borrowers who are looking for an experienced, reputable, and customer-focused mortgage lender. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Debbie was part of my home buying team and I would highly recommend her and her associate. She was quick to respond with any question as well as gave her honest opinion when asked. This goes far when making such a large investment purchase. She is easily to talk and always available, even when she is on vacation (which I felt bad about haha), but it shows that borrowers come first in her book. Highly recommend

I referred my son to her--that's how fantastic Debbie Nazarino is.
Debbie cares about so much more than selling someone a mortgage. She wants her clients' finances to be stable. She gives advice about budgeting and more. I trust her 100% and refer my good friends to her, even my own son. There is no one that I recommend higher than Debbie, because I've never seen someone watch out for their clients the way she does. She will give you straight advice and you can count on it being in your best interest. 100% recommend, without any hesitation, Debbie Nazarino.

Debbie is beyond stellar at her job!
Working with Debbie was a truly wonderful experience. She carries with her an abundance of knowledge and is hands down the best loan officer I have ever worked with. It was immediately obvious that she cares about her clients and works to ensure they are in their comfort zone. Where there was stress, she brought a sense of calm. I liked that she took time to explain, in detail, any and all questions we had. She worked hard to get us the best rate possible. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Debbie and her team were OUTSTANDING!
Debbie and her team ensured the entire process of financing a new house was informative, simplistic, and stress free. I felt that Debbie and her team team cared for my wife in I when it came to our new home and worked with our best interest in mind by making sure we were comfortable every step of the way.
