Knowledgable, Communicative, and Supportive
Debbie recently helped us with the purchase of a home in the area. She was incredibly supportive throughout the process. I have known Debbie for a number of years. She not only knows the mortgage lending business through and through she also has a strong commitment to giving back to the community. Debbie was part of my home buying team and I would highly recommend her and her associate. She was quick to respond with any question as well as gave her honest opinion when asked. This goes far when making such a large investment purchase. She is easily to talk and always available, even when she is on vacation (which I felt bad about haha), but it shows that borrowers come first in her book. Highly recommend

I referred my son to her--that's how fantastic Debbie Nazarino is.
Debbie cares about so much more than selling someone a mortgage. She wants her clients' finances to be stable. She gives advice about budgeting and more. I trust her 100% and refer my good friends to her, even my own son. There is no one that I recommend higher than Debbie, because I've never seen someone watch out for their clients the way she does.
